When do we deliver your order?

If you order before 11:30 PM, your order will be shipped the next day. As soon as we send the package, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail with which you can track the status of your order.

Change delivery?

Does the scheduled delivery time not come true? Or would you rather pick up your package at a DHL ServicePoint? You can change the time or location from the day before delivery. The sooner you choose, the more delivery options you have.

Missed DHL delivery?

Were you not at home? Then our delivery person will leave you a yellow card. Make a new delivery appointment with your delivery code and zip code. Choose a different DHL ServicePoint, delivery to neighbors or back home. You can change on the day you receive the card.
